Woodstock Wednesday – Love For Levon (The CD/DVD)

by SirLady on March 20, 2013

Woodstock has nothing but love for Levon Helm.  In fact, there is proposed legislation that the road leading to Woodstock be renamed in the musicians honor.

Also in the musician’s honor and as his request in his final days, “Keep it going”,      It referring to the music……..its going and going and going.

Not just at Levon’s rambles on his property in Woodstock, just last fall at the Izod center a stable of musicians paid tribute among them; Roger Waters, My Morning Jacket, John Mayer, Lucinda Williams, Grace Potter on and on. Just this past week at SXSW in Austin, Texas the tribute kept going.

Now YOU can keep it going, by purchasing the Love for Levon CD/DVD of the rockin’ Izod show. You can purchase online, here at SirLady we prefer to make the purchase via PBS; which will be airing the special this Spring.  We love the fact that we will be supporting Levon AND PBS with this purchase.
